Advanced Certificate for Leadership in Retail Management
Course Name : “ Certificate for Leadership in Retail Management”.
Course Length: 16 weeks, 4 hours per day, 4 days per week (Tue to Fri). Total 256 hours of course work. Saturday & Sunday full day store experience. Course followed by 6 weeks of internship.
Course Objective: Prepare young students for entry level supervisory / management jobs in the Indian retail industry.
• Develop knowledge about what retail managers do – general business management and unique aspects of the retail environment
• Develop practical skills need to effectively manage a profitable retail operation.
• Build personal and team leadership capability.
Eligibility & Admission Criteria: Eligibility: Graduate in any stream from an accredited University. Admission Criteria: Minimum marks TBD, Minimum age TBD yrs, short written test, individual and group discussion. A strong aptitude for hard work and service will be evaluated.
