Dr Barton Weitz Excellence Awards

	Dr Barton A Weitz, Executive Director of the David F Miller Center for Retailing Education and Research at the University of Florida has recently received the 2007 IOSIG Lifetime Achievement Award. He has international stature in the field of retail & has been instrumental in developing the curriculum. IIRT would like to honor Dr Weitz by naming the Excellence Awards in his name.
The Professor Barton A Weitz Excellence Awards, will be granted to the top 5 graduating students of every intake and every program. The criteria for selecting the winners will be highly transparent, quantitative and measure multiple aspects of the student’s performance. Each recipient of the award will receive at graduation a cash award of Rs 3000 and a certificate from IIRT.
