Dr N. K. Sandle: Dean, IIRT
Dr Sandle has 30 years of teaching experience with 29 of those years in IIT Delhi. He has extensive experience in research, having guided many students in their research projects leading to M Tech & Ph D degrees. He has published extensively in prestigious scientific journals and presented numerous papers in various international conferences.

Dr Sandle has been on many foreign assignments as visiting faculty to Universities in Australia, Alger & Ethiopia and also has a very long and rich administrative experience in the education field & varied experience in consulting.
Dr Sandle received his B Sc, M Sc & Ph D degrees in Chemistry from Punjab University and a DIC from Imperial College London.
Dr Sandle brings a unique blend of knowledge, experience and a love for education to the position of Dean, IIRT.


	Neela Roy – Head, Soft Skills Training – IIRT Ms Roy graduated with distinction in Psychology Honors and has an MA in Psychology with a specialization in organizational behavior & educational counseling.
Ms Roy is a highly qualified and experienced trainer and councilor with over 10 years of experience in teaching & student counseling. She has demonstrated commitment to delivering quality and results oriented soft skills training. The students of IIRT will be exposed to the best in soft skills training and join the exciting world of retailing, where well-developed personal skills are essential to ensure that customers have an unmatched buying experience.


	Manita Matharu – Lecturer – IIRT Ms Matharu has a Masters of Philosophy and a Masters of Commerce from Annamalai University. She also has a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and a PGDBM in Marketing and Human Resource Management. Ms Matharu has a rich experience in teaching
management subjects including marketing management. Her interactive teaching style and skilled communication capabilities will ensure that IIRT students get the best education as they embark on their journey through the retail industry.


	Anureet Kaur – Senior Lecturer – IIRT Ms Kaur has an MBA from the Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies, IP University and a BA Honors in Economics from Delhi University. Ms Kaur has a wide experience in teaching undergraduate and graduate students. She has taught marketing, management and economics
subjects to MBA students. Her teaching and personality development training skills will help mould the students of IIRT to become effective individuals as they start or continue their careers in the world of retailing.
