Mr. Arun Jain, Managing Director of CLIPS India delivers a guest lecture at IIRT on Wednesday February 20th 2008. Mr. Jain delivered a lecture titled “How to be a Top Notch Sales Executive” to the students of IIRT pursuing a certificate of “Leadership in Retail Sales”. Mr. Jain a Harvard MBA graduate has extensive experience overseas and in India in the retail and management consulting fields. He currently is Managing Director of CLIPS India, a company that supplies a full range of high quality office products. His lecture on how to be a top notch sales executive reflected on his person experiences and professional knowledge on superior customer service.
